Gourmet
Longtooth Grouper
The longtooth grouper is such a tasty delicacy that they say you will never want another type of fish once you try it. It is served in a number of ways in winter including boiled, sashimi and fried.
Hot Spring Eggs
Unlike conventional boiled eggs, the white comes out soft-boiled while the yolk boils hard because of the hot spring water. The eggs are enjoyed by cracking the shell with a spoon and slurping the white.
